Worktree folders

Free disk space without guessing. Worktrees lists the checkout folders of archived, deleted or gone sessions by repo, with their size, when each last changed, why it exists and whether it is safe to remove. Remove 3 safe folders in Harborline clears them together, and it takes only clean folders idle for over 30 days. Folders with changes, running agents or a git operation in progress are skipped, with the reason.

Branches

Delete old branches with confidence. Branches has its own page under App settings, next to Storage. It opens on the branches that are Safe to delete, with how many need a look; Show all branches brings in the rest, and the Made by picker narrows them to Made by Goodboy or Yours. Each row shows its session, whether it still exists on origin and how it was merged: merge commit, rebase or pull request. Delete on a merged branch acts at once and offers Undo; an unmerged one asks first, above the selection bar. A row checkbox, X or ⌘A picks several, and the bar can also delete them on origin.

Every deleted branch goes to Recently deleted at the top of the page, with the days it has left, Restore and Delete permanently, which asks inline. The list comes from the database, so it is still there after you leave the page or restart. Opening the page releases the kept refs of deletions older than 14 days.

Storage scope

Clean up this workspace, other workspaces, removed ones or all of them, each with its weight, from the picker in the page header. Bulk actions name the scope they act on. Branches shares the scope but has no removed workspaces, since a branch lives in a project you still have. Suggest cleanup after sits beside the scope on Storage, and Scan another repository at the foot of Worktrees reads a repository from a workspace you removed. The cleanup notice and every other way in land on Storage, never on Branches.

Goodboy can free N GB

Hear about reclaimable space once, when idle safe folders pass 10 GB or the disk runs low. After a notice it waits 14 days and another 10 GB before speaking again.

Other tools

See how much space the other coding tools keep, without risking their history. At the foot of Storage, Other tools lists Claude Code, Codex and Cursor with their folder, how many sessions or chats they hold, their size and how much of it comes from Goodboy sessions, each with Show in Finder. It is read only and never counted in what can go. Goodboy measures sizes and names only, never the files inside, in the background while the page is open, and stops when you leave. It follows the folder each tool is set to use: CODEX_HOME, CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR and the Cursor config folder. Goodboy sessions are recognised by name alone: a Claude Code project folder whose encoded path is a Goodboy worktree or the Goodboy data folder, and a Codex rollout or Cursor chat whose id a Goodboy agent used. Tools under 100 MB are left out.

Branch deletion Undo joins the shared app operation stack. The toast lasts about 10 seconds; Cmd+Z outside text fields also restores the latest reversible operation.
