Tell us what broke in one line. ⌘I (Ctrl+Shift+I on Windows and Linux) opens the Report a bug sheet from any screen, and so do the bug button at the foot of the sidebar, the Goodboy menu, the palette, the macOS Help menu and Report this on a notification. Version, system, screen and CLI versions come along as chips you can remove, What gets sent shows exactly what leaves, and secrets, paths and emails are stripped. It files through gh, or opens the issue on GitHub. After a crash, the next launch offers to report it.
