New
Start blank, set it up step by step
New opens a session right away, with nothing to fill in first, and lands on its Overview. Set up this session walks you through Goal, Project and Start the work, one step at a time. Skip any step and reopen it later from the same list.
Press New again before you touch the session and you land back on it, so empty sessions do not pile up. Picking up an issue stays in the Inbox.
Pick any workflow to start the work
Start the work lists your workflows, the built-in ones, and an orchestrated or custom workflow. Picking any of them opens the workflow form filled in with your goal, so you can change the steps before it starts. Start agent runs one agent instead.
